AVA first customer for new solution from Kvist

Kvist has had a partnership with AVA for over a year, which has resulted in the development of the industry's first digital platform for BREEAM In Use certification. Kvist has already certified 4 of AVA's 18 buildings that are to undergo BREEAM In Use certification (BIU). At the same time, AVA has been an important catalyst for the digitalisation of the workflow required to succeed with BIU.

"AVA has undergone an important transition in its sustainability work. In the initial phase, the focus was on mapping – we needed to know where we stood and which measures were most decisive. We have learned an incredible amount from this work, and we believe that this approach has built expertise and contributed to good decisions. We have not only prioritised operational measures, but also expertise building within Breeam certification, says property manager Erling Skovli at AVA.
