DNB Næringseiendom chooses Kvist for its portfolio

DNB Commercial Real Estate has entered into an agreement with technology company Kvist to use their digital platform across its entire property portfolio. This agreement ensures that DNB Commercial Real Estate has a comprehensive and effective approach to environmental monitoring, measures and documentation for the buildings it manages.
Simplifies environmental certification and ensures better insight
DNB Næringseiendom manages DNB Livsforsikring, DNB Scandinavian Property Fund and DNB Eiendomsfond Core Plus. These are subject to various reporting requirements, including the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and have a wide range of stakeholders, including investors and tenants, who set environmental requirements. In order to attract capital, good tenants and secure attractive buildings, continuous improvement of environmental performance is crucial.

By using Kvist's platform, DNB Næringseiendom can plan, work on and follow up environmental measures in a streamlined manner. The platform provides a common documentation structure between the operating organisation and those responsible for the environment, and reduces the administrative burden associated with environmental reporting. This frees up resources for more strategic and targeted environmental work.
Erlend Simonsen, Director of Sustainability and Digitalisation at DNB Næringseiendom, says: "Kvist enables us to work more efficiently with environmental certification and makes document collection easier. We gain better insight, can set up different future scenarios and can thus focus on more effective and appropriate measures. We have followed Kvist's development from the start, and we are delighted to be scaling up our collaboration!"
